How long does it take to receive my custom knife?
Custom knives typically take 2-3 weeks to craft, as each one is made to order. Once completed, we’ll ship your knife with complimentary ground shipping. You can also choose expedited shipping options at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my custom knife?
We want you to be happy, and customers are very important to us. If you are not satisfied, just ship the knife back to us, and upon receiving the knife, we will issue you a full refund. Please be sure to include the invoice and all documentation pertaining to the sale so we can locate the knife in question. However, if there is a defect in a stock product, please contact us with photos, and we will address the issue according to our return policy.
