What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, we use Stripe as our payment transaction partner. If you have any questions about payment, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
Can I return or exchange my custom knife?
We want you to be happy, and customers are very important to us. If you are not satisfied, just ship the knife back to us, and upon receiving the knife, we will issue you a full refund. Please be sure to include the invoice and all documentation pertaining to the sale so we can locate the knife in question. However, if there is a defect in a stock product, please contact us with photos, and we will address the issue according to our return policy.
